ALL PRICES ARE per person and per day for a minimum stay of fuor days (without breakfast).
Short stays (up to 3 days) +20,00 Euro
plus local tax € 2.20 per day per person (children and teenager under 14 years old are exempt from the tax).
Final cleaning included in the price. The apartments are not cleaned daily.
Dogs not allowed.

The breakfast is served  in our cosy "Stube". (coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter, jam*, South Tyrolean honey, cheese, sausage, eggs*, seasonal fruit* and vegetables*,  yoghurt, apple juice*, syrup*, compote*, muesli, dried fruit*, nuts*, homemade cake)

Apartment Amenities

Bedroom, living room with sofa bed, solid wood furniture, wooden floors, sitting area, kitchenette with dishwasher, hob with two burners, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and accessories, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels, large bathroom with rain shower, toilet, bidet, balcony with panoramic views.

• Cooking and eating utensils, bed linen and towels are provided. 
• Bed linen and towels are provided and changed free of charge.
• The apartments are not cleaned daily. Final cleaning included in the price.
• Upon arrival, rooms are available starting from h. 15.00 and 
• upon departure they have to be left by h. 10.00.

Booking

A booking is for us binding as soon as we have your written confirmation. Allow us to require as a guarantee of the reservation a deposit to confirm.

Cancellation

• Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booked apartment price will be charged.
• Cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival and early departure: 100% of the booked apartment price will be charged.
  The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.

We recommend to take a cancellation insurance from the Red Rooster.
