• Short stays (up to 3 days) +20,00 Euro 
• plus local tax € 2.20 per day per person (children and teenager under 14 years old are exempt from the tax).

• upon departure they have to be left by h. 9.30. 

Booking 

A booking is for us binding as soon as we have your written confirmation. Allow us to require as a guarantee of the reservation a deposit to confirm. 

Cancellation 

• Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booked apartment price will be charged. 
• Cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival and early departure: 100% of the booked apartment price will be charged. 
• The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation. 
• We recommend to take a cancellation insurance from the Red Rooster.
